Inspection upon Receipt
Please make sure to inspect the integrity of the packaging, completeness, size, and appearance of the shoes directly at the Nova Poshta branch or upon collection in the store. Complaints regarding mechanical damage will not be accepted after receipt.

When picking up from stores in Berehove or Vynohradiv, you can pre-book several sizes of the same model to find the perfect pair during the on-site try-on.
